Unless a donor requests otherwise, or JTYA are required by law to do so, JTYA does not disclose the dates, specific purpose or amounts of any donation to third parties. JTYA does not sell, distribute or make available its mailing list to any individual, group or entity for any purpose.
When JTYA uses the services of third parties who must access our records, they are required to affirm that they are aware of and will comply with this Privacy Policy.
JTYA protects the privacy of applicants and assures the confidentiality of information regarding your medical history. It will be shared with the executive board, its agents and any references supplied by you in the application.
